Hello, I’m Tina Abraham—Psychotherapist, mindfulness trainer, artist, and unapologetic explorer of what it means to be deeply, messily, beautifully human.
I didn’t get into this work to “fix” people. I got into it because I’m obsessed with what makes us tick, what breaks us open, and how we rise from it all with more truth, more depth, and more self-compassion. My work is rooted in a simple but radical belief: being human is hard—and also holy. I’m here to hold space for both.
Over the past 30 years, I’ve steeped myself in the spiritual philosophies of Buddhism, Christianity, Stoicism, and Judaism—not as a dogmatic pursuit, but as a devotion to understanding the full spectrum of the soul. I’ve spent weeks in silence on retreats that cracked me wide open. I’ve sat with the rawness of the mind and the stillness beneath it. What I’ve learned is this: your body remembers what your mind tries to forget, and healing comes when we learn to listen to both.
Raised in the heat and heart of Florida, I first tasted the complexity of human experience in my multicultural hometown. But it was living 13 years in the UK and another 3 in Madrid that stretched my worldview. I learned to see people as stories—layered, nuanced, not always tidy. It’s why I reject one-size-fits-all therapy. You’re not a diagnosis. You’re a person with a past, a nervous system, a spark, and a future.
My clinical training includes a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health, and advanced training in EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and trauma-informed care. But beyond the degrees and modalities, what I bring to the room is a reverence for your wholeness—even the parts that feel too much, too broken, or too strange.
I work at the intersection of psyche and spirit, conscious mind and ancient instinct, insight and embodiment. I listen for the truth your body is whispering. I stay curious. I stay human.
And recently, that curiosity has taken me into new territory—developing emotionally intelligent AI companions. I’m building digital tools that don’t replace therapy, but expand access to it—scalable, safe, and rooted in real therapeutic wisdom. These bots are trained not just on science, but on soul. It’s part of my mission to keep humanity at the center of our most cutting-edge technology. Therapy is evolving. I’m here to help guide it—with heart.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or just the existential ache of being alive—I’m here for it. All of it.
If you’re ready to explore your story—not to rewrite it, but to reclaim it—let’s talk. Let’s peel back the layers, sit in the mystery, and see what healing looks like when you stop pretending and start feeling.
You don’t have to do it alone. But you do have to show up as yourself. I’ll meet you there.
